What are your processing times?

Processing time is 3-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Of course we will get your order processed as soon as possible, but depending on the time of year, amount of orders, and day of the week the order is placed, processing times will vary.  Our items are made-to-order so that you will receive the freshest product possible.

COVID-19 update: Due to pandemic measures, orders are taking longer to be delivered. Please allow an extra 4-5 business days for tracking updates and delivery. We appreciate your patience.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you can use the tracking link sent to your email address upon shipment for updates. 

My package was lost/stolen/damaged. 

Please contact us if your package was damaged. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If the package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, please contact your local post office for more information. We are unable to refund products and/or shipping once they have left our studio.

Do you sell samples?

Sample packs of the whipped body butters are no longer available. They were too overwhelming and time consuming to make, and customers were abusing this option (ordering way too many packs in hopes to try out every scent available) and losing sight of why these products were created. We try to include a sample with orders, but these are provided at our discretion, and are dependent on if they are available at that time. We know customers would love to try out different scents, but these products were carefully crafted for the healing and pampering of your skin, not for the scents. We cannot accommodate samples of specific scents to be included in your order.

I don't like the scent(s) that I received. 

When you order scents online, 3 things can happen: the scent is either too strong or not strong enough, it doesn't smell like how you thought it would smell, or you just don't care for it. This is one of the downsides of ordering online. We do our best to provide descriptions, but everyone has different senses of smell. We created these products to heal and pamper your skin; this is more important than the scent. If you are picky and/or sensitive to scents, please go with unscented! If you receive a scent that you don't like, you can always gift to a friend a family member. No refunds or discounts will be given.
